Portfolio
We have a unique organizational model based on distributed development, sometimes called e-collaboration. Starting with the core group of four, development teams are organized and disbanded based on project needs with each team member’s physical location geographically dispersed. A large percentage of communication and project management takes place via a simple, Internet-based collaboration application called Basecamp. Our clients participate too, reading and posting messages, uploading files, reviewing comps, and managing milestones.
